Our company motto is "Learn. Reflect. Develop. Discover." It's not just a random collection of words, it is an insight into what you can expect when you come join us for your driving lessons, for PDI/ADI training, and as a franchisee. We love helping people, and we do all we can to make your time with us enjoyable and productive. So, let's delve into our motto, so that you can understand what it means.

Learn.

You may come to us with some prior knowledge, be it because you have started or passed your theory, or maybe you have always obtained your driving license, or have been practising with friends or family. Either way, we are here to help you learn. We will engage with you regarding your experiences and seek out where we can fill the gaps in your practical or theory knowledge and skills, ensuring that we allow your past experiences to help shape the training we provide you.

Not only do our instructors have years of collective teaching experience from various careers, we also have decades of collective driving experiences, which we learnt from, which we will pass on to you.

Reflect.

An important part of self-development is to reflect upon your own performance, which enables you to identify your own needs, goals, strengths, and areas of development.

The way in which we teach is via coaching methods, which means that we do not teach you your new skills by simply telling you exactly what to do and when, as this will not put you in good stead for the future. It's important that you develop a self-awareness to ensure that you can make the right decisions at the right time by using your skills, knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

Throughout your lessons, you will be prompted to assess your own performance, whereby we will agree on how best to develop your skills by sharing responsibilities between you and your instructor.

Develop.

As the reflective processes are worked through, we then look to develop your skills and knowledge through various means. This may include discussions, visual aids, observations, or on-the-move practice. We aim to approach your development in a manner which is best suited to your preferences and your own particular learning style(s).

Over time, you will see yourself progressing towards your own aims and objectives as we work together.

Discover.

Throughout your training, you will probably discover a lot about yourself. There may be aspects of your training that you enjoy, even "love," and there may be areas that are less enjoyable to you! But that's okay, we all have our own personal preferences.

Through your self-discovery, you may also learn about your own learning styles, as well as discovering for yourself that you can achieve your goals that you are seeking, including having the freedom that driving provides us.

But, most exciting of all, gaining your driving license (or your ADI badge), may open up a brand new path in your life. You may discover a newfound freedom, new friends, places to travel to, more time with your family and friends, any many more exciting things.
